General terms and conditions

A deposit of 30 % of the amount of the stay is required upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation more than 45 days prior to the arrival date the deposit can be refunded.
In the event of cancellation between the 45th day and the arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of cancellation between D-7 and the day of arrival or in the event of no-show 100% of the booking amount will be debited.
No refund will be given for late arrival or early departure.

Stay Refunds - Tourism Code

In the event of Covid-19, the stay will be fully refunded on the following grounds*:
- Confinement to the area of usual residence or to the 2 Alpes resort
- Kilometre restriction on travel around the home
- Closure of borders
- Administrative closure of the accommodation booked
- Closure of the 2 Alpes resort or ski lifts due to Covid-19
*These measures must imperatively apply during the duration of the stay booked in order to be entitled to a refund.
We suggest that you take out personal insurance, which you can find by clicking on the link below, this guarantees a full refund up to the day of your planned arrival (if positive to covid for example).
